Welcome to Smart Scouter!

Smart Scouter was founded by Randy Angwin to help you as you are searching to find the best new thermal and night vision equipment.

Thermal cameras are used in a variety of industries including, home inspections, building maintenance, HVAC installation, and many more. There have been many improvements in thermal imaging technology over the last few years bringing prices down dramatically and increasing the quality of the images generated.

Today's so called "cheap" thermal cameras are leaps and bounds ahead of previous generations. Additionally, many of the newer thermal cameras have WiFi capability and some can even interface with your phone allowing you to instantly send images back to your office or clients greatly reducing the time needed to diagnose and resolve issues.

There have also been large advances in thermal imaging technology used for hunting and animal spotting allowing hunters to shoot further and spot targets that that they would be unable to with conventional scopes or monoculars.
