It has a thermal sensitivity of less than 0.06°C, which is an improvement of the E5’s <0.10°C. With the E6, you can detect even lesser temperature differences than you can on E5. 

While the E6 and other higher-range FLIR models have higher resolution and enhanced thermal sensitivity, the E5 seems to gain more popularity, as it combines high precision and yet is still affordable. It does not compromise on accuracy and effectiveness.
